Leonardo DiCaprio
Actor Leonardo DiCaprio owns a few mansions in and around Los Angeles, where he was born and raised. This includes a $7 million Spanish Colonial-style estate in the neighborhood of Los Feliz where he grew up, a $13.8 million Malibu mansion overlooking the water, a Palm Springs midcentury mansion in the $5 million range, and a sprawling Hollywood Hills compound that combines a home he bought from Madonna in the 90s for just $2 million and a neighboring property he recently bought for $10 million. He also owns several luxury apartments in Manhattan and an island (yes, an entire island) in Belize.

Madonna
Speaking of the Queen of Pop, Madonna’s real estate portfolio is also quite impressive. Her holdings stretch across the world, including an $8.9 million mansion in Portugal dating back to the 18th century, a 58-acre estate in the Hamptons complete with horses and a recording studio, a $40 million Georgian mega-mansion in New York City’s Upper East Side neighborhood that used to be three individual townhouses, and a $19.3 million mansion just outside of Los Angeles.

Beyoncé and Jay Z
When you’re both moguls (Beyoncé has now won more Grammys than anyone in history), you’re bound to have a nice collection of homes. Though Jay and Bey have bought and sold more than a few gorgeous properties, including their current $88 million Bel-Air compound and $26 million oceanfront home in the Hamptons.
Tom Cruise
Tom Cruise’s real estate holdings, though also impressive, might surprise you with their locations. His most famous home is a $4.2 million mansion in West Sussex, England. Along with its charming, elegant design and immaculate gardens, the home is conveniently near the Church of Scientology’s UK headquarters. He also owns a $9.6 million penthouse in Clearwater, Florida, where he owns the top two floors of the building (along with three other condos in the high-rise). Cruise has also bought and sold several multi-dollar mansions in Los Angeles, and in 2021 he sold his 320-acre ranch in Telluride, Colorado for a cool $39.5 million.
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift, cat lover and pop star, has quite impressive properties herself, said to be worth $81 million. Her famed Tribeca penthouses, now turned duplex, were purchased from Peter Jackson, of Lord of the Rings fame, and she’s added two adjoining apartments to her holdings since then. She also owns a townhouse in the West Village (complete with indoor pool), several estates in and around Los Angeles (including a Beverly Hills mansion purchased from legendary producer Samuel Goldwyn), a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Rhode Island, and two homes in Nashville.
Oprah Winfrey
When your first name is synonymous with a beloved media brand, you likely have a nice home or six. Oprah’s estate in Montecito spans 70 acres, including a 6,000-square-foot guest home. She’s also said to own homes in Chicago, Atlanta, Maui, Telluride, and Miami.

Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus, as her song “Flowers” repeatedly states, can buy herself flowers. She has also bought herself a nice little collection of homes, between the $3.9 million 5-bedroom Studio City, California home that she bought in 2011, her $7.9 million Malibu mansion purchased at the end of last year, plus various properties that she’s bought and sold over the years. Those homes include a vineyard-meets-ranch in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills and a 33.5-acre estate in Tennessee that she bought for $5.8 million in 2017 and sold for $14.5 million in 2022.
Rihanna
Superbowl winner (if you ask the gossip magazines, that is) Rihanna, like Miley, has bought and sold some impressive properties. Those still in her possession include a $22 million beach estate in Barbados, a $5.5 million penthouse in LA in the same building as Matthew Perry and Paula Abdul, two neighboring mansions in Beverly Hills, and a Mediterranean-style villa in Hollywood Hills that she now rents out for $35,000 per month.
Hugh Jackman
Australian acting legend Hugh Jackman shares a few homes across the globe with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness. Along with an apartment on Bondi Beach in Australia and a home in the Hamptons, they also own a luxury $21 million apartment in New Yorkwith floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the Hudson River.
Kris Jenner
Kris Jenner’s California-based real estate portfolio is so extensive that she’s said to have forgotten about one of the places she owns —a little $1.6 million Beverly Hills condo. Also in the portfolio is a $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills, next to her daughter Khloe, a luxe $12 million retreat in La Quinta, and two homes in Calabasas.
Kim Kardashian
Jenner’s daughter Kim has a similar collection of California-based properties. Homebase is a Hidden Hills mansion designed by interior design legend Axel Vervoordt and valued around $60 million (Kardashian recently bought out Kanye West’s portion when the couple split. She’s also bought and sold several neighboring properties in recent years. Kardashian recently purchased a $70.4 million oceanside mansion in Malibuthat once belonged to Cindy Crawford. She also purchased a large undeveloped property in La Quinta with her now-ex Kanye West, but it’s unclear who will become owner in the wake of their divorce.
Kylie Jenner
Reality star and cosmetics mogul Kylie Jenner has a similar portfolio to her sister Kim and mother Kris, located in many of the same areas. She owns a $12 million Hidden Hills property, a $13.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills (shared with her on-again-off-again partner Travis Scott) that was recently listed for sale, a $36.5 home and connected guest apartments in Holmby Hills, and a casual little $15 million 5-acre lot in Hidden Hills.
Adam Levine
Similar to the Kardashians, Adam Levine owns a lot of homes, which are mostly in and around Los Angeles. His neighborhoods of choice, with wife Behati Prinsloo, include Beverly Hills and the Pacific Palisades. They also own a $4.5 million apartment in the New York neighborhood of SoHo, said to have an old industrial feel. The couple recently sold their home in the Pacific Palisades — purchased from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in 2018 — for $51 million, shortly after purchasing a $52 million compoundin celebrity-studded Montecito, California.
Steven Spielberg
The iconic filmmaker has purchased and sold properties around the world, including Naples, Florida, the Hamptons, New York City, and Malibu. His Manhattan apartment is on the 17th floor of the famed San Remo building (also known for housing Steve Jobs, Bruce Willis, and Diane Keaton at various points) overlooking Central Park West. The place he most often calls home is a Pacific Palisades mansion that formerly belonged to Cary Grant, complete with an on-site vineyard. It is said to be worth over $100 million.
Ariana Grande
Pop star Ariana Grande recently married real estate agent Dalton Gomez, but even before that, had a few mansions to her name (as well as a few other homes that she bought and sold). Along with a 6,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired mansion in LA’s Benedict Canyon neighborhood that she now rents out, she also owns a $16 million apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, a $6.8 million dollar Tudor-style home in Montecito, California, and two other multi-million dollar mansions in Los Angeles. Seeing as she’s now married to real estate agent Dalton Gomez, there’s a good chance more homes may be in her future.
Jennifer Lopez
J Lo’s real estate holdings are said to be worth $97 million — not bad for Jenny from the Block. This includes a $28 million mansion with two guest cottages in Bel Air, a $32.5 million waterfront estate in Florida that she co-owns with ex Alex Rodriguez, a $10 million home in the Hamptons, and a $20 million penthouse in Manhattan overlooking Madison Square Park (complete with a putting green).
Justin Bieber
Singer Justin Bieber has also bought and sold (and rented) a few lavish homes in his day. Though his famed former mansion in Calabasas, California now belongs to Kourtney Kardashian, he and his wife Hailey Bieber currently own two properties: a $5 million mansion along the lake in Ontario, Canada, and a $25.8 million mansion in Beverly Hills, complete with an infinity pool, tennis court, library, gym, and cinema.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo’s real estate portfolio, like his life, spans the globe. It includes two mansions in the ultra-luxe La Finca neighborhood of Madrid, a $2 million apartment in Lisbon’s shopping district, another $7 million ultra-luxury apartment nearby, an $8 million seven-story home on the island of Madeira where his mother and brother are said to now reside, and a mansion in Cheshire, England.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
Actress Nicole Kidman, originally from Australia, and country-pop singer Keith Urban, originally from New Zealand, own homes across the globe. Along with several properties in Australia, they own a $4.7 million Beverly Hills home and their primary residence, a 10,925-square-foot mansion in Nashville purchased for $3.47 million.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen
Though the couple recently announced the end of their 13-year marriage, they still technically own most of their homes together (or at least have not announced how their assets will be split). Their holdings include property in Costa Rica, New York, Montana, and Florida, including a $3.5 million pied-à-terre in Tribeca, a vacation home in Montana’s Yellowstone Club with a $37,500 annual fee, and a home on Indian Creek Island in Miami still under construction that’s been nicknamed “billionaire’s bunker.”
LeBron James
Another celebrity whose first name alone is known and loved is basketball player LeBron James. Along with owning commercial real estate in his hometown of Akron, Ohio (intended for use by his foundation as a community space), he owns a $36 million mansion in Beverly Hills, formerly owned by both Hugh Hefner and Katherine Hepburn.
